กลุ่มอาการ EEC (อังกฤษ : EEC syndrome, ectrodactyly-ectodermal dysplasia-cleft syndrome, Split hand-split foot-ectodermal dysplasia-cleft syndrome ) เป็นโรคผิวหนังชั้นนอกเจริญผิดปกติที่พบน้อยชนิดหนึ่ง ถ่ายทอดทางพันธุกรรมแบบเป็นลักษณะเด่น (autosomal dominant ) มีลักษณะเฉพาะคือมีมือก้ามกุ้ง (ectrodactyly) ผิวหนังชั้นนอกเจริญผิดปกติ (ectodermal dysplasia) และมีปากแหว่ง /เพดานโหว่ (cleft lip, cleft palate) ลักษณะอื่นที่พบได้เช่น vesicoureteral reflux, ทางเดินปัสสาวะอักเสบ เป็นซ้ำ ท่อน้ำตาอุดตัน สีผมและผิวหนังซีดขาว ฟันหาย ฟันผิดปกติ เคลือบฟัน ผิดปกติ แสบตาเมื่อเจอแสง (photophobia) บางครั้งอาจมีสติปัญญาบกพร่อง ไต ผิดปกติ และสูญเสียการได้ยิน ได้
