โฟล ไรเดอ (อังกฤษ: Flo Rida; อ่านว่า flow-rai-duh) มีชื่อจริงว่า ทรามาร์ ดิลลาร์ด (อังกฤษ: Tramar Dillard) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 16 กันยายน ค.ศ. 1979 เป็นแร็ปเปอร์อเมริกัน เกิดที่โอปา-ล็อกกา ฟลอริดา โตที่คารอลซิตี เขาเลือกรัฐที่เขาอยู่เป็นชื่อเขา เมื่อสมัยวัยรุ่นเขาทัวรร์กับวงแร็ปท้องถิ่นที่ชื่อ 2 Live Crew หลังจากนั้นเขามีผลงานแร็ปในมิกซ์เทปหลายชิ้น หนึ่งในนั้นที่มีชื่อเสียงคือ ‘We The Best’ โดย DJ Khaled ในปี 2006 หลังจากนั้นเขาเซ็นสัญญากับค่ายเพลง Poe Boy Entertainment จัดจำหน่ายโดยแอตแลนติกเรคคอร์ด
