ตุ๊กแกบ้านสีเทา (อังกฤษ : Smith's green-eyed gecko, Large forest gecko ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Gekko smithii ) สัตว์เลื้อยคลานประเภทจิ้งจกและตุ๊กแก ชนิดหนึ่ง
เป็นตุ๊กแกขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดใหญ่เต็มที่ประมาณ 20-25 เซนติเมตร หัวมีขนาดใหญ่และค่อนข้างเรียว แต่ไม่กว้างเหมือนตุ๊กแกบ้าน (G. gekko ) ตาโตสีเขียว ลำตัวสีน้ำตาลเทา ตุ๊กแกที่ยังไม่โตเต็มวัย จะมีจุดสีขาวทั่วลำตัว ตัวเต็มวัยตามลำตัว และหางจะมีแต้มสีขาว และมีลายเส้นสีดำรูปแบบไม่แน่นอนกระจายทั่ว
พบกระจายพันธุ์ตั้งแต่ภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย เช่น จังหวัดกระบี่, พังงา, สตูล, ปัตตานี, ยะลา, นราธิวาส ไปตลอดแหลมมลายูจนถึงอินโดนีเซีย, พม่า, หมู่เกาะนิโคบาร์ โดยมีการค้นพบครั้งแรกที่เกาะปีนัง และตั้งชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่ แอนดรูว์ สมิธ นักสัตววิทยาชาวสกอต
จัดเป็นสัตว์ป่าคุ้มครอง
