เจมส์ เอ็ดเวิร์ด "จิม" ดักแกน จูเนียร์ (อังกฤษ: James Edward "Jim" Duggan, Jr.) เกิดวันที่ 14 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1954 เป็นที่รู้จักกันดีในชื่อว่า "แฮคซอว์" จิม ดักแกน (อังกฤษ: "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan) เป็นอดีตนักมวยปล้ำอาชีพชาวอเมริกัน เซ็นสัญญาสังกัดสมาคม WWF/E และเป็นผู้ชนะในรอยัลรัมเบิล ปี 1988 เป็นอดีตแชมป์ยูเอสเฮฟวี่เวท WCW 1 สมัย และแชมป์โลกเทเลวิชัน WCW 1 สมัย (และคนสุดท้าย) ปัจจุบันได้เข้าสู่ หอเกียรติยศดับเบิลยูดับเบิลยูอี ประจำปี 2011
