ปลาพาราไดซ์แดง (อังกฤษ: Red-backed paradisefish; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Macropodus erythropterus) เป็นปลาพาราไดซ์ชนิดหนึ่ง อยู่ในวงศ์ Macropodusinae
มีลักษณะรูปร่างคล้ายปลาพาราไดซ์ (M. opercularis) โดยมีเงี่ยงครีบหลังทั้งหมด 12-16 ก้าน ก้านครีบอ่อนที่หางมีทั้งหมด 6-8 ก้าน เงี่ยงครีบก้นทั้งหมด 17 ก้าน ก้านครีบอ่อนที่ก้น 13-17 ก้าน ครีบหางมีทั้งแบบแยกออกเป็นสองแฉก และแยกออกเป็นหลายแฉก พื้นผิวลำตัวเป็นสีแดง มีเส้นข้างลำตัวสีน้ำเงิน และส่วนหัวมีจุดแต้มมากกว่า
มีความยาวเต็มที่ประมาณ 6.5 เซนติเมตร กระจายพันธุ์อยู่บริเวณตอนกลางของประเทศเวียดนาม
นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม
