สเปียร์มินต์ (ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Mentha spicata ) เป็นพืชในสกุลมินต์ กระจายพันธุ์ในทวีปอเมริกา ยุโรป แอฟริกาเหนือถึงเอเชีย ลักษณะเป็นไม้ล้มลุก อายุหลายปี สูง 30-100 เซนติเมตร มีเหง้าใต้ดิน ใบเป็นใบเดี่ยวรูปรีแกมใบหอก ขอบใบจักฟันเลื่อย ออกตรงข้าม กว้าง 1.5-3 เซนติเมตร ยาว 5–9 เซนติเมตร ดอกออกเป็นช่อสีชมพูขาว ยาว 2.5–3 มิลลิเมตร ผลกลมภายในมีเมล็ด
สเปียร์มินต์มีน้ำมันที่มีส่วนประกอบหลักเป็นคาร์โวนและลิโมนีน และมีเมนทอล และเมนโทนในปริมาณเล็กน้อย น้ำมันสเปียร์มินต์มีคุณสมบัติไล่แมลงและต้านเชื้อรา ใช้ผสมในชามินต์ แต่งกลิ่นยาสีฟัน ขนมและเครื่องดื่ม
