Nepenthes philippinensis (จากภาษาละติน: Philippin = ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์, -ensis = จาก) เป็นหม้อข้าวหม้อแกงลิงถิ่นเดียวของเกาะปะลาวัน ในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์
Nepenthes wilkiei ถูกพรรณนาลักษณะโดย Matthew Jebb และ Martin Cheek ในปี ค.ศ. 1998 อนุกรมวิธานนี้ต่อมาพบว่าชนิดเดียวกันกับ N. philippinensis Jebb และ Cheek เสนอว่า N. philippinensis เป็นญาติใกล้ชิดกับหม้อข้าวหม้อแกงลิงของบอร์เนียว: N. hirsuta, N. hispida, และ N. macrovulgaris มากกว่าเป็น N. alata
