อันดับปลากะพง (อันดับ: Perciformes; อังกฤษ: Bass, Snapper, Perch, Jack, Grunter) เป็นการจำแนกอันดับของปลาจำพวกหนึ่ง ใช้ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Perciformes (/เพอร์-ซิ-ฟอร์-เมส/) ซึ่งเป็นปลากระดูกแข็ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40 ของปลากระดูกแข็งทั้งหมด ลักษณะเด่นของปลาในอันดับนี้คือ เป็นปลากินเนื้อ เกล็ดมีลักษณะสากขอบเป็นหยักแข็ง ปากยาวมีลักษณะยืดหดได้ มีก้านครีบแข็ง หรือ Spine ที่ครีบหลังตอนหน้า พบได้ทั้ง น้ำจืด , น้ำกร่อย และทะเล
