โรส เลสลี

โรส เอเลนอร์ อาร์บัธนอท-เลสสี (อังกฤษ: Rose Eleanor Arbuthnot-Leslie ; เกิด 9 กุมภาพันธ์ ปี ค.ศ. 1987),  หรือรู้จักกันในชื่อ โรส เลสลี เป็นนักแสดงชาวสก็อต ได้รับรางวัล BAFTA ในสก๊อตแลนด์ สาขาการแสดงยอดเยี่ยม จากบทบาทของเธอใน New Town แล้วเธอก็โด่งดังในบทบาทของ Gwen Dawson ในซีรีส์ประวัติศาสตร์ Downton Abbey ของ ITV และบทของ Ygritte (อีกริต) ในซีรีส์แฟนตาซี Game of Thrones (มหาศึกชิงบัลลังก์) ของ HBO  ปัจจุบันเธอแสดงบทของ Maia Rindell ในซีรีส์แนวกฎหมายและการเมือง The Good Fight

ชีวิตช่วงแรก

อาชีพ

เลสลีศึกษาที่ LAMDA และทำงานรายการ BBC Radio ทำหน้าที่บรรยาย The British Slave Trade: Abolition, Parliament and People. เธอได้รับใบรับรอง BASSC สำหรับความสามารถการต่อสู้ในละครเวที (stage combat)  เธอสำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาศิลปศาสตร์เกียรตินิยม ในปี 2008

ตอนอายุ 21 ภาพยนตร์เปิดตัวเรื่องแรกของเธอ คือ New Town (2009) ซึ่งทำให้เธอได้รับรางวัล BAFTA ในสก๊อตแลนด์ - นักแสดงใหม่ยอดเยี่ยม

ในกันยายนและตุลาคม ปี 2010 เธอรับบทแสดงนำในละคร Bedlam ของ Nell Leyshon Bedlam ที่จัดขึ้นที่โรงละครโกลบ ลอนดอน  จากเรื่องของ Bethlem Royal Hospital ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของความลี้ลับที่เลวร้ายที่สุดในโรงพยาบาลในยุคปฏิรูปการบำบัดคนวิกลจริต เลสลีสวมบท May สาวสวยชาวชนบทที่บ้าคลั่งจากความรักที่เลือนหายไป  Charles Spencer แห่ง เดอะเดลีเทลิกราฟ  ยกย่องผลงานของเธอว่า "เลสลีแสดงความเจ็บปวดได้อย่างแท้จริง"  บทบาทบเบรกทรูของเธอเป็น Gwen Dawson หญิงรับใช้ในซีรีสื Downton Abbey (2010–11) ของ ITV   ในปี 2011 เลสลียังปรากฏตัวในละครซีรีส์อังกฤษ Case Histories

 

เลสลี ในปี 2013 - Game of Thrones Comic-Con

  ในปี 2012 เลสลีรับบทของภาพยนตร์ดัง ซีรีส์ Game of Thrones ของ HBO   การเล่นบทของ Ygritte ในซีซีน 2 -4 ได้เสียงตอบรับอย่างท่วมท้น นักวิจารณ์ Rowan Kaiser ของ The A.V. Club กล่าวว่า "Ygritte [เลสลี] ทั้งอันตรายทั้งเจ้าชู้ ทำให้สนุกกับการดู"  David Crow แห่ง Den of Geek กล่าวว่า "ตัวละครที่มีความซับซ้อน [... ] โรส เลสลี จะกลืนกินหน้าจอ"  ในปี 2013 Todd VanDerWerff นิตยสาร Vox.com เขียนรีวิว ตอน "The Climb" ว่า "(ในหนังสือ) Ygritte เป็นตัวละครที่จะถึงจุดสิ้นสุด ... ในปี 2016 เลสลีได้รับในละครซีรีส์ The Good Fight แนวกฎหมายและการเมือง ของ CBS และภาพยนตร์ภาคต่อเรื่อง The Good Wife (2017) สวมบท Maia Rindell เป็นทนายความใหม่ที่เพิ่งเรียนรู้การทำงานในศาล ครอบครัวของตัวละครมีส่วนร่วมในการหลอกลวงทางการเงิน ทำลายชื่อเสียงของเธอ

 ในปี 2017 เลสลีได้ให้เสียงกับตัวเอกหญิง "En" ในวิดีโอเกม Echo ซึ่งเป็นเกมที่พัฒนาโดยบริษัท Ultra Ultra ในโคเปนเฮเกน

ชีวิตส่วนตัว

เลสลีมีความชำนาญในภาษาฝรั่งเศส เคยอยู่ในฝรั่งเศส 3 ปี ในขณะที่ทำงานการแสดง เธอพักที่เมือง Battersea ลอนดอน ก่อนย้ายไปอยู่ที่ North London บ่อยครั้งที่เธอคิดถึงบ้านเกิด เธอกล่าวว่า "อเบอร์ดีน ... ในใจกลางเมืองชนบท ทั้งหมดเป็นต้นไม้และธรรมชาติ,... ฉันรู้สึกสงบมากในสกอตแลนด์".

ในปี 2012 เลสลีเริ่มออกเดตกับนักแสดง คิต แฮริงตัน ที่แสดงร่วมกันใน Game of Thrones . แล้วประกาศการหมั้น ผ่านทางนิตยสาร The Times ในเดือนกันยายน ปี 2017 มีแผนแต่งงานในวันที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2018

เลสลีเป็นนักวิ่ง และชอบปีนหน้าผา ทำอาหาร, เล่นสกี ยิงธนู และเทนนิส.
