ไรอัน ควานเทน (อังกฤษ: Ryan Kwanten) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 1976 เป็นนักแสดงชาวออสเตรเลีย เขารับบทเป็นวินนี แพตเทอร์สัน ตั้งแต่ปี 1997-2002 ในละครน้ำเน่าของออสเตรเลียเรื่อง Home and Away หลังจากนั้นเขาได้แสดงในซีรีส์อเมริกัน ดราม่า แนววัยรุ่น เรื่อง Summerland โดยรับบทเป็น เจย์ โรเบิร์ตสัน ต่อมาในปี 2008 เขารับบทเป็นเจสัน สแตกเฮาส์ในซีรีส์เรื่อง True Blood
