กล้องจุลทรรศน์แบบส่องกราดทะลุผ่าน (อังกฤษ: scanning tunneling microscope; STM) คือเครื่องมือสำหรับการจับภาพพื้นผิวในระดับของอะตอม คิดค้นขึ้นโดย Gerd Binnig และ Heinrich Rohrer (จากไอบีเอ็ม ซูริก) ในปี ค.ศ. 1981 และทำให้ทั้งสองได้รับรางวัลโนเบลสาขาฟิสิกส์ในปี ค.ศ. 1986 สำหรับ STM เครื่องหนึ่ง ค่าความละเอียดที่ดีควรอยู่ที่ 0.1 นาโนเมตรในแนวขวาง และ 0.01 นาโนเมตรในแนวลึก ด้วยค่าความละเอียดขนาดนี้ อะตอมแต่ละหน่วยในสสารจะมีการหมุนเวียนและจับภาพไว้ได้ เราสามารถใช้ STM ได้ไม่เพียงในที่สุญญากาศยิ่งยวด แต่ยังใช้ได้ในอากาศ ในน้ำ และของเหลวอื่นๆ หรือในก๊าซ และที่ระดับอุณหภูมิแตกต่างกันได้ตั้งแต่เกือบศูนย์เคลวินไปจนถึงหลายร้อยองศาเซลเซียส
