สการ์ดู (อูรดู: سکردو‬‎, อักษรโรมัน: Skardū หรือ Skardu, ออกเสียง [skərduː]; Balti: སྐར་དོ་་) เป็นนครในกิลกิต−บัลติสตาน ประเทศปากีสถาน ศูนย์กลางการปกครองของอำเภอสการ์ดู สการ์ดูตั้งอยู่ที่ความสูงราว 2,500 เมตร (8,202 ฟุต) จากระดับน้ำทะเล กลางเทือกเขาสการ์ดู จุดบรรจบของแม่น้ำสินธุ กับ ชีการ์ สการ์ดูเป็นเมืองประตูสู่บรรดาเขาแปดพันเมตรในเทือกเขาการาโกรัม ซึ่งถูกแบ่งจากเทือกเขาหิมาลัยด้วยแม่น้ำสินธุ
