นกกระจอกเทศโซมาลี (อังกฤษ : Somali ostrich ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Struthio camelus molybdophanes ) เป็นชนิดย่อย ของนกกระจอกเทศ (S. camelus ) ที่พบได้ทั่วไปในทวีปแอฟริกา
นกกระจอกเทศโซมาลีมีลักษณะและรูปร่างเหมือนนกกระจอกเทศธรรมดาทั่วไป แต่จะพบได้เฉพาะในเขตอนุรักษ์แห่งชาติแซมบูรู ในประเทศเคนยา เท่านั้น ลักษณะของนกกระจอกเทศโซมาลีที่แตกต่างจากนกกระจอกเทศธรรมดา คือ จะมีคอและขาท่อนบนเป็นสีเทา น้ำเงิน ซึ่งแตกต่างจากนกกระจอกเทศธรรมดาที่มีขอและขาท่อนบนสีชมพู แต่ลักษณะขน และสีของขนทั้งตัวผู้และตัวเมียของทั้งนกกระจอกเทศโซมาลีและนกระจอกเทศธรรมดาจะเหมือนกัน ซึ่งเป็นความแตกต่างกันที่ดีเอ็นเอ คาดว่านกกระจอกเทศโซมาลีมีการพัฒนาสายพันธุ์ตัวเองแยกจากนกกระจอกเทศธรรมดาราว 3.6 ถึง 4.1 ล้านปีก่อน
