การรักษาแบบมุ่งเป้า (อังกฤษ : Targeted therapy ) เป็นวิธีการรักษาด้วยยาอย่างหนึ่งโดยใช้ยาที่ยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของเซลล์มะเร็ง ด้วยวิธีการไปทำปฏิกิริยากับโมเลกุล เป้าหมาย (targeted molecule) ที่จำเป็นต่อการเจริญของเซลล์มะเร็ง แทนที่จะไปยับยั้งการเจริญของเซลล์ที่มีการแบ่งตัวเร็วอย่างเคมีบำบัด ทั่วไป ทางทฤษฎีแล้วการรักษามะเร็งแบบมุ่งเป้า น่าจะได้ประสิทธิภาพดีกว่าและเป็นอันตรายต่อเซลล์ปกติน้อยกว่าการรักษาในปัจจุบัน
