ภาวะหัวใจห้องล่างเต้นเร็ว (อังกฤษ: ventricular tachycardia) หรือ V-tach, VT เป็นภาวะหัวใจเต้นเร็วชนิดหนึ่งที่มีจุดกำเนิดจังหวะเต้นหัวใจมาจากหัวใจห้องล่าง เป็นภาวะหัวใจเต้นผิดจังหวะที่อาจมีอันตรายถึงชีวิต อาจพัฒนาไปเป็นเวนทริคูลาร์ฟิบริลเลชัน หัวใจหยุด และอาจทำให้เสียชีวิตทันทีได้
