กะทือพิลาสหรือ ไพลเหลือง ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Zingiber spectabile เป็นพืชในสกุลขิง เป็นพืชพื้นเมืองในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ นิยมใช้เป็นไม้ประดับ ในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ใช้เป็นพืชสมุนไพรยอดอ่อนรับประทานได้

ในมาเลเซียใช้เป็นยาพื้นบ้าน รักษาอาการตาแดง ใช้แก้อาการปวดหัว ปวดหลัง พืชชนิดนี้มีฤทธิ์ต้านจุลินทรีย์และมีเอนไซม์ Zerumbone synthase ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพในการรักษามะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่
