ซูม วิดีโอคอมมิวนิเคชันส์ (อังกฤษ: Zoom Video Communications) หรือเรียกย่อว่า ซูม เป็นบริษัทอเมริกันที่ให้บริการซอฟต์แวร์ด้านการประชุมทางไกล และการประชุมออนไลน์ สำนักงานใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ที่แซนโฮเซ รัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย สหรัฐ โดยให้บริการ การประชุมทางไกล การประชุมออนไลน์ แช็ต ความร่วมมือออนไลน์ ผ่านทางคอมพิวเตอร์ระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดว์และแมคโอเอส และมีบริการผ่านสมาร์ตโฟนและแท็บเลตผ่านทาง ระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอสและแอนดรอยด์

ประวัติ

ซูมก่อตั้งเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2554 โดยเอริก ยวน วิศวกรจากบริษัทซิสโกหนึ่งในทีมงานที่พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ WebEx โดยซูมเปิดให้บริการครั้งแรกเมื่อ มกราคม พ.ศ. 2556 และในปีเดียวกันเดือนพฤษภาคม มีผู้ใช้งานมากกว่าหนึ่งล้านคน
