กระเล็น หรือ กระถิก หรือ กระถึก เป็นสกุล หนึ่งของสัตว์ฟันแทะ จำพวกกระรอก ใช้ชื่อสกุลว่า Tamiops
กระเล็นจัดว่าเป็นกระรอกขนาดเล็กที่สุดที่พบได้ในประเทศไทย ขนาดโดยเฉลี่ยรวมความยาวทั้งลำตัว, หัว และหางแล้วประมาณ 20 เซนติเมตร มีลักษณะเด่น คือ ลำตัวสีน้ำตาล มีลายสีขาวดำพาดขนานตามยาวของลำตัวเห็นเด่นชัด ตั้งแต่จมูกถึงโคนหาง คล้ายกับลายของชิพมังค์ (Tamias spp.) ซึ่งเป็นกระรอกขนาดเล็กเช่นกัน แต่พบในทวีปอเมริกาเหนือ ส่วนหางของกระเล็นจะไม่เป็นพวงฟูเหมือนกระรอกทั่วไป ตัวเมียมีเต้านม ทั้งหมด 6 เต้า
กระเล็นหากินในเวลากลางวัน หากินบนต้นไม้สูง ๆ เป็นหลัก กินอาหารได้หลากหลายเหมือนกระรอกทั่วไป พบกระจายพันธุ์ในภูมิภาคเอเชียใต้ , ตอนใต้ของจีน และเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ พบทั้งหมด 4 ชนิด ในประเทศไทยพบได้ 2 ชนิด พบได้ทั่วไปทั้งในป่า ทึบหรือในชุมชน เมือง โดยที่ไม่จัดว่าเป็นสัตว์ป่าคุ้มครอง หรือสัตว์ป่าสงวน แต่ประการใด
