กลุ่มสถาบันวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ออลล์อินเดีย (อังกฤษ: All India Institutes of Medical Sciences; AIIMS) เป็นกลุ่มวิทยาลัยแพทยศาสตร์รัฐอิสระของรัฐบาล (autonomous government public medical colleges) ในระดับอุดมศึกษา สถาบันเหล่านี้ตามรัฐบัญญัติอยู่ภายใต้สถานะกลุ่มสถาบันความสำคัญแห่งชาติ (Institutes of National Importance) สถาบันหลักคือเอไอไอเอ็มเอส นิวเดลี (AIIMS New Delhi) ในนิวเดลี เป็นสถาบันแถวหน้าของเครือ ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1956 เป็นแห่งแรก ตามด้วยสถาบันตามเมืองต่าง ๆ ของอินเดียรวม 22 แห่ง (มกราคม 2020) และยังคงมีแผนที่จะขยายและเปิดสถาบันเพิ่มใหม่อยู่อย่างน้อยอีก 3-5 แห่งภายในปี 2025
