กลุ่มอาการทารกตายกะทันหัน หรือ กลุ่มอาการตายอย่างกะทันหันของทารก (อังกฤษ: sudden infant death syndrome, SIDS) คือการเสียชีวิตกะทันหันของทารกอายุน้อยกว่า 1 ปี โดยไม่มีประวัติทางการแพทย์ที่อาจเป็นสาเหตุได้ และหลังการตรวจชันสูตรอย่างละเอียดและการตรวจที่เกิดเหตุอย่างละเอียดแล้ว ยังไม่สามารถหาสาเหตุการเสียชีวิตได้ ทารกที่เสียชีวิตกะทันหันมักเสียชีวิตขณะนอนหลับ บางสื่อจึงเรียกภาวะนี้ว่าภาวะหลับไม่ตื่นในทารก
