กลุ่มอาการหลงผิดว่าแขนขายังคงอยู่ (อังกฤษ: phantom limb syndrome) คืออาการที่ผู้ป่วยรู้สึกว่าอวัยวะที่ขาดหายไปหรือถูกตัดไปนั้นยังคงติดอยู่กับร่างกาย และเคลื่อนไหวสอดคล้องกับอวัยวะอื่น ๆ ผู้รับการตัดอวัยวะ 60-80% ยังมีความรู้สึกของอวัยวะที่ถูกตัดไปอยู่ ความรู้สึกนี้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นความรู้สึกเจ็บปวด ความรู้สึกหลงผิดว่าอวัยวะยังคงอยู่นี้อาจเกิดกับอวัยวะอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ใช่แขนขาก็ได้ เช่น เต้านม ฟัน ตา เป็นต้น แขนขาที่ถูกตัดไปนั้นมักถูกรู้สึกว่าสั้นลงกว่าปกติ อยู่ในท่าทางที่ผิดรูปและเจ็บปวด ส่วนใหญ่อาการเจ็บปวดนี้มักเป็นมากขึ้นเมื่อมีความเครียด ความกังวล หรืออากาศเปลี่ยนแปลง อาการเจ็บปวดมักเป็น ๆ หาย ๆ และมีความถี่และความรุนแรงลดลงเมื่อเวลาผ่านไป
