กองกำลังป้องกันติมอร์-เลสเต (เตตุม: Forcas Defesa Timor Lorosae, โปรตุเกส: Forças de Defesa de Timor Leste หรือ ฟาลินติล F-FDTL) เป็นองค์กรทางทหารของกันติมอร์-เลสเต. กองกำลังป้องกัน หรือ ฟาลินติล ก่อตั้งขึ้นในเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 2001 แบ่งเป็นกองกำลังภาคพื้นดิน 2 กองพันทหารราบ กับ กองทัพเรือ และ นาวิกโยธินพร้อมหน่วยสนับสนุน.

กองกำลังป้องกันในยุคเริ่มต้น ทำหน้าที่ป้องกันติมอร์จากการรุกรานภายนอก. และ รักษาความสงบภายในร่วมกับกองกำลังตำรวจแห่งชาติ (PNTL). โดยประสานความร่วมมือ, which have been exacerbated by poor morale and lack of discipline within the F-FDTL.
