การบังคับใช้กฎหมายในประเทศสโลวีเนีย กระทรวงกิจการภายในสโลวีเนียเป็นหน่วยงานหลักเกี่ยวกับการบังคับใช้กฎหมายซึ่งมีหน่วยงานที่ดูแลย่อยอีกทีคือสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติสโลวีเนียซึ่งควบคุมสถานีตำรวจทั้งหมด 8 สถานี ได้แก่ที่เซเลีย, โคเพอร์, คาร์น, ลูบลิยานา, มาริบอร์, มูร์สกาโซบอตา, นอวากอรีตซา และนอวอเมสตอ สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติสโลวีเนียยังมีส่วนร่วมกับตำรวจต่างประเทศ อาทิเช่น การฝึกอบรมกับสำนักงานสอบสวนกลางสหรัฐ, การมีส่วนรวมกับสำนักงานตำรวจประเทศแอลเบเนีย และคอซอวอ สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติสโลวีเนียเข้าร่วมกับองค์การเพื่อความมั่นคงและความร่วมมือในยุโรปเมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2535
