การยึดครองรัฐบอลติก (อังกฤษ: occupation of the Baltic states) เป็นการยึดครองด้วยทหารต่อรัฐบอลติกทั้งสามคือลิทัวเนีย ลัตเวีย และเอสโตเนีย โดยสหภาพโซเวียตตามสนธิสัญญาโมโลตอฟ–ริบเบนทรอพในวันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม ค.ศ. 1940 และจัตตั้งสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมโซเวียตโดยผิดกฎหมายแต่วันที่ 22 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1941 นาซีเยอรมนีรุกรานสหภาพโซเวียตและไม่กี่สัปดาห์ก็ยึดครองดินแดนบอลติกและจัตตั้ง ไรชส์คอมมิสซาเรียทออสท์ลันด์ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของจักรวรรดิไรซ์ที่สามแต่ว่าการรุกบอลติกในปี ค.ศ. 1944 กองทัพเยอรมันในคูร์แลนด์ (Courland) ยอมจำนนอย่างเป็นทางการในเดือนพฤษภาคมปี ค.ศ. 1945 ทำให้โซเวียตกลับมาอีกครั่งและได้ผนวกเช้ากับและปกครองจนถึงปี ค.ศ. 1991 ที่สามรัฐกลับมาเป็นเอกราชอีกครัง
