การวิเคราะห์ความจำนงในการรักษา

ในทางการแพทย์ การวิเคราะห์ความจำนงในการรักษา (อังกฤษ: intention-to-treat; ITT) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อกำจัดตัวแปรที่ชี้นำผิด ๆ (misleading artifacts) ซึ่งอาจเกิดขึ้นได้ในงานวิจัยศึกษาการแทรกแซง ITT มีลักษณะเรียบง่ายกว่ารูปแบบอื่น ๆ ของการออกแบบงานวิจัยและวิเคราะห์ผลเนื่องจากไม่ต้องใช้การสังเกตสถานะคอมไพลแอนซ์ ถึงแม้การวิเคราะห์ ITT จะปรากฏใช้ในการทดลองทางคลินิกอย่างแพร่หลาย แต่ก็สามารถถูกบรรยายหรือตีความผิด ๆ และรวมถึงมีปัญหาในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้จริงอยู่เช่นกัน นอกจากนี้ ยังไม่มีข้อตกลงร่วมต่อวิธีการทำวิเคราะห์ ITT ในกรณีที่ปรากฏการขาดหายของข้อมูลผลวิจัย
