ข้าพเจ้าเป็นคนบาป หรือ โอ้บาปข้าพเจ้า (อังกฤษ: mea culpa; mea culpa) หรือ ข้าพเจ้ายอมรับว่าเป็นคนบาป หรือ โอ้บาปข้าพเจ้าหนักหนา (mea maxima culpa) เป็นคำอุทานในคริสต์ศาสนา
ที่มา
คำอุทานนี้มาจากบทภาวนาสารภาพบาป (prayer of confession of sinfulness) เรียก บทสารภาพบาป (Confiteor) ซึ่งใช้ในพิธีมิสซาของโรมันคาทอลิก และประพันธ์ขึ้นในคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 16 อย่างไรก็ดี ปรากฏว่า มีการอุทานทำนองเดียวกันมาตั้งแต่ก่อนปี 1100 เล็กน้อยอยู่แล้ว
