คริสตจักรอัครทูตอาร์มีเนีย (อาร์มีเนีย: Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցի, อักษรโรมัน: Hay Aṙak'elakan Yekeghetsi; อังกฤษ: Armenian Apostolic Church) เป็นคริสตจักรประจำชาติของชาวอาร์มีเนีย คริสตจักรอาร์มีเนียเป็นจารีตย่อยหนึ่งของออเรียนทัลออร์ทอดอกซ์ และเป็นหนึ่งในสถาบันทางศาสนาคริสต์ที่เก่าแก่ที่สุด โดยมีราชอาณาจักรอาร์มีเนียโบราณเป็นรัฐแรกที่ถือศาสนาคริสต์เป็นศาสนาประจำชาติภายใต้รัชสมัยของกษัตริย์ทิริดาเตสที่สาม แห่งราชวงศ์อาซาชิด ในต้นศตวรรษที่สี่
