จอร์จ ริชาดส์ ไมนอต (อังกฤษ: George Richards Minot; 2 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1885 – 25 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1950) เป็นแพทย์และนักวิจัยชาวอเมริกัน เกิดที่เมืองบอสตัน เป็นบุตรของเจมส์ แจ็กสัน ไมนอตและเอลิซาเบธ ไมนอต ไมนอตเรียนที่โรงเรียนแพทย์ฮาร์วาร์ด ก่อนจะทำงานที่ห้องปฏิบัติการที่โรงเรียนแพทย์จอห์นส ฮ็อปกินส์ ต่อมาไมนอตทำงานที่โรงพยาบาลแมสซาชูเซตส์และเริ่มศึกษาภาวะโลหิตจาง ในปี ค.ศ. 1915 ไมนอตแต่งงานกับแมเรียน ลินซี ไมนอต มีบุตรด้วยกัน 3 คน ต่อมาในปี ค.ศ. 1934 ไมนอตได้รับรางวัลโนเบลสาขาสรีรวิทยาหรือการแพทย์ร่วมกับจอร์จ วิปเปิลและวิลเลียม พี. เมอร์ฟี สำหรับการค้นพบวิธีรักษาภาวะโลหิตจาง ไมนอต วิปเปิลและเมอร์ฟีพบว่าภาวะโลหิตจางอย่างร้าย (pernicious anemia) เกิดจากการขาดวิตามินบี12 ซึ่งพบมากในตับ
