จักรพรรดิอเล็กซิออสที่ 2 โคมเนนอส (อังกฤษ: Alexios II Komnenos หรือ Alexius II Comnenus) (10 กันยายน ค.ศ. 1169 – ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1183) อเล็กซิออสที่ 2 โคมเนนอสเป็นจักรพรรดิแห่งจักรวรรดิไบแซนไทน์ของราชวงศ์โคมเนนอส ผู้ทรงครองราชย์ต่อจากพระราชบิดาจักรพรรดิมานูเอลที่ 1 โคมเนนอสระหว่างวันที่ ค.ศ. 1180 จนเสด็จสวรรคตเมื่อวันที่ ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1183
