เจี๋ยฉวนเต้า

เจี๋ยฉวนเต้า (จีน: 截拳道; อังกฤษ: Jeet Kune Do) เป็นศิลปะการป้องกันตัวชนิดหนึ่งที่เน้นการ เตะ ต่อย เป็นพื้นฐาน โดยผู้คิดค้นศิลปะการป้องกันตัวชนิดนี้คือ "บรูซ ลี" โดยมีพื้นฐานมาจากมวยหวิ่งชุน แนวคิดหลักคือ การวิเคราะห์ว่ามวยจีนโบราณแต่ละสายมีจุดอ่อนที่กระบวนท่าฟุ่มเฟือยมาก จึงปรับเปลี่ยนให้การออกท่ารวดเร็ว กระชับ รวมถึงนำแนวคิดของมวยหวิ่งชุน ที่เน้นชักหมัดกลับเร็วมาเพื่อโจมตีต่อเนื่อง และยังมีการนำศิลปะการป้องกันตัวหลายชนิดมาผสมผสานกัน เช่น มวยเส้าหลิน มวยสากล เทควันโด มวยปล้ำ ยูโด ฯลฯ ก่อนหน้าที่บรูซ ลี จะเสียชีวิต เขาได้เขียนหนังสือ TAO OF JEET KUNE DO แล้วได้มีการจัดพิมพ์ซ้ำหลายครั้ง
