ชิโซะ (ญี่ปุ่น : 紫蘇 シソ shiso ) เป็นพืช ชนิดหนึ่งมีชื่อเรียกทางวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Perilla frutescens var. crispa ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น ใบชิโซะมีกลิ่นฉุนเฉพาะที่ไม่สามารถเทียบเคียงกับผักของไทยที่มีกลิ่นฉุนเหมือนกันได้ แต่ว่าใบชิโซะมีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการที่ให้วิตามินเอ บี ซี และกลิ่นเฉพาะนี้เองที่ช่วยดับคาวของอาหารทะเลได้
ใบชิโซะมักใช้ประกอบอาหาร หรือใช้ประดับจานอาหารประเภทปลาดิบ ในประเทศเกาหลี เมล็ดของต้นชิโซะยังใช้ทำน้ำมันประกอบอาหาร ต้นชิโซะนั้นมีหลายพันธุ์ เช่น Green Shiso และ Red Shiso เป็นต้น
