ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (อังกฤษ: professional learning community, PLC) เป็นวิธีการที่ใช้ประคับประคองการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันในกลุ่มเพื่อนร่วมงานภายในสิ่งแวดล้อมการทำงานหนึ่ง คำนี้ถูกใช้เรียกแนวทางการจัดการครูเข้าสู่กลุ่มตามแบบการเรียนรู้แบบมืออาชีพจากการปฏิบัติ
ประวัติ
