ชเว จี-อู (อักษรโรมัน: Choi Ji-woo; เกาหลี: 최지우; อาร์อาร์: Ch'oe Chi-u; เอ็มอาร์: Choe Ji-u; เกิด 11 มิถุนายน 1975 พาจู เกาหลีใต้) เป็นนักแสดงหญิงชาวเกาหลีใต้ มีชื่อเสียงจากละครชุดเรื่อง Winter Love Song (เพลงรักในสายลมหนาว), Beautiful Days (เพียงแค่ใจเรารักกัน) และ Stairway to Heaven (ฝากรักไว้ที่ปลายฟ้า)

ชเว จี-อู จบการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยฮันยาง สาขาภาพยนตร์ เธอมีส่วนสูงถึง 175 เซนติเมตร น้ำหนัก 50 กิโลกรัม นอกจากนี้เธอยังเคยคบหากับ อี จินวุค นักแสดงหนุ่มที่มีอายุน้อยกว่าเธอถึง 6 ปี โดยภายหลังได้ประกาศแยกทางกันไปในปี ค.ศ. 2011 ต่อมาเธอได้เข้าพิธีแต่งงานสายฟ้าแล่บเมื่อวันที่ 29 มีนาคม ค.ศ. 2018 กับหนุ่มนอกวงการที่คบหาดูใจกันมาประมาณ 1 ปี ซึ่งไม่เคยเปิดเผยหน้าตาและชื่อเสียงเรียงนาม มีข้อมูลแค่เพียงว่าทำงานอยู่ในแวดวงอุตสาหกรรมไอที
