ในด้านการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ซับรูทีน (อังกฤษ: subroutine) เป็นลำดับของคำสั่งโปรแกรมที่กระทำงานอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง และถูกรวมกันเป็นหนึ่งหน่วย หน่วยนี้สามารถใช้ในโปรแกรม ณ ตำแหน่งใดตำแหน่งหนึ่งที่งานนั้น ๆ จะเข้าไปกระทำ โปรแกรมย่อยอาจถูกกำหนดขึ้นภายในโปรแกรมต่าง ๆ หรือถูกกำหนดแยกอยู่ในคลัง (library) ที่โปรแกรมหลายโปรแกรมสามารถเรียกใช้ ในแต่ละภาษาโปรแกรม ซับรูทีนชุดหนึ่งอาจเรียกว่า กระบวนงาน (procedure) ฟังก์ชัน (function) รูทีน (routine) เมท็อด (method) หรือโปรแกรมย่อย บางครั้งใช่คำเรียกทั่วไปว่า หน่วยที่เรียกใช้ได้ (callable unit)
