ดินแดนรอบนากอร์โน-คาราบัคที่กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาร์มีเนียยึดครอง

ดินแดนรอบนากอร์โน-คาราบัคที่กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาร์มีเนียยึดครอง (อังกฤษ: Armenian-occupied territories surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh) คือพื้นที่โดยนิตินัยของอาเซอร์ไบจานที่ตั้งอยู่นอกแคว้นปกครองตนเองนากอร์โน-คาราบัคในอดีตและเคยถูกกองกำลังกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาร์มีเนียของสาธารณรัฐนากอร์โน-คาราบัค (อาร์ทซัค) ยึดครองหลังสิ้นสุดสงครามนากอร์โน-คาราบัคครั้งที่ 1 (พ.ศ. 2531–2537) พื้นที่ดังกล่าวมีอาณาเขตเทียบเท่ากับเขตต่าง ๆ ของสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมโซเวียตอาเซอร์ไบจาน ยกเว้นเขตแคลแบแจร์ซึ่งปัจจุบันครอบคลุมส่วนหนึ่งของอดีตแคว้นปกครองตนเองนากอร์โน-คาราบัคด้วย ณ เดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2563 พื้นที่เหล่านี้กำลังถูกโอนจากการควบคุมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาร์มีเนียกลับสู่การควบคุมของอาเซอร์ไบจานเนื่องจากผลของสงครามนากอร์โน-คาราบัค พ.ศ. 2563


เขตที่ถูกยึดครองก่อนสงคราม พ.ศ. 2563 แสดงเป็นสีแดง ส่วนสีชมพูคือดินแดนของอดีตแคว้นปกครองนากอร์โน-คาราบัค และสีเหลืองคือดินแดนที่อาเซอร์ไบจานครอบครองอยู่แล้วก่อนสงคราม พ.ศ. 2563

ในขณะที่ประชากรส่วนใหญ่ของแคว้นปกครองตนเองนากอร์โน-คาราบัคเป็นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาร์มีเนีย ประชากรส่วนใหญ่ของเขตต่าง ๆ ที่อยู่ติดกับแคว้นนี้เป็นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาเซอร์ไบจานจนกระทั่งพวกเขาถูกเนรเทศออกไปในช่วงสงครามนากอร์โน-คาราบัคครั้งที่ 1 ระหว่างสงครามครั้งนี้ คณะมนตรีความมั่นคงแห่งสหประชาชาติได้ผ่านข้อมติ 4 ข้อซึ่งเรียกร้องให้กองกำลังทั้งหมดที่ยึดครองดินแดนรอบนากอร์โน-คาราบัคอยู่ถอนตัวออกไป ต่อมาใน พ.ศ. 2551 สมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติได้ผ่านข้อมติที่ 62/243 ซึ่งเรียกร้องให้มีการถอนกองกำลังกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาร์มีเนียออกจากดินแดนที่ถูกยึดครองของอาเซอร์ไบจาน

หลังสงครามนากอร์โน-คาราบัคใน พ.ศ. 2563 กองกำลังกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาร์มีเนียสูญเสียการควบคุมเขตฟือซูลี, แจบรายึล, แซงกีลัน และกูบัดลือ และตกลงที่จะถอนตัวออกจากเขตอัฆดัม, แคลแบแจร์ และลาชึน โดยคืนให้แก่อาเซอร์ไบจานภายในวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2563 ข้อตกลงนี้ได้รับการประมวลไว้ในสนธิสัญญาสันติภาพที่รัสเซียเป็นตัวกลางไกล่เกลี่ยและจะนำมาบังคับใช้โดยทหารรักษาสันติภาพของรัสเซียภายในช่วงห้าปีแรก ส่วนหนึ่งของข้อตกลงนี้ยังกำหนดให้รัสเซียส่งทหารรักษาสันติภาพไปประจำการที่ฉนวนลาชึนซึ่งเชื่อมต่ออาร์มีเนียเข้ากับพื้นที่ของสาธารณรัฐนากอร์โน-คาราบัคที่ยังคงอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาร์มีเนีย
