ตะขาบยักษ์ขาเหลืองเปรู หรือ ตะขาบยักษ์อเมซอน (อังกฤษ : Peruvian giant yellow-leg centipede, Amazonian giant centipede ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Scolopendra gigantea ) เป็นตะขาบชนิด ที่มีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดในสกุล Scolopendra โดยปกติเมื่อโตเต็มที่จะยาว 26 เซนติเมตร (10 นิ้ว) แต่บางครั้งก็สามารถโตได้ถึง 30 เซนติเมตร (12 นิ้ว) ตะขาบชนิดนี้อาศัยอยู่ทางแถบเหนือและตะวันตกของทวีปอเมริกาใต้ และตามเกาะแก่งของประเทศตรินิแดด และจาไมกา เป็นสัตว์กินเนื้อ โดยกินจิ้งจก , กบ , นก , หนู และแม้แต่ค้างคาว เป็นอาหาร และขึ้นชื่อในเรื่องความดุร้าย
ร่างกายประกอบไปด้วยปล้องจำนวน 21-23 ปล้อง ปล้องมีสีทองแดงหรือสีแดงอมม่วง แต่ละปล้องมีขาสีเหลืองอ่อน 1 คู่ ขาแต่ละข้างสามารถเดินได้อย่างรวดเร็ว (หรือแม้แต่วิ่ง) และจับเหยื่อได้อย่างแน่นหนาก่อนที่จะฆ่า
ตะขาบ ชนิดนี้มีเขี้ยวที่เรียกว่า Forcipule เรียงเป็นแนวโค้งอยู่รอบ ๆ หัว ซึ่งพัฒนาให้สามารถปล่อยพิษเข้าไปในตัวเหยื่อได้ พิษประกอบด้วยสารอะเซทิลคอลีน ฮิสตามีน เซโรโทนิน ซึ่งเป็นพิษต่อร่างกายมนุษย์ ทำให้เกิดแผลเหมือนถูกตัวต่อต่อย แผลจะบวมอย่างรุนแรง และตามด้วยอาการไข้สูง
ตะขาบยักษ์ขาเหลืองเปรู เป็นสัตว์เลี้ยงที่เป็นที่นิยมในบรรดาผู้นิยมสัตว์ประเภทสัตว์แปลก ๆ แต่ไม่ควรจับมันโดยไม่มีเครื่องป้องกัน แม้เพียงแค่ผิวหนังสัมผัสถูกผิดก็ทำให้เกิดอันตรายได้ อาการที่เกิดจากการถูกพิษของตะขาบในสกุลนี้เรียกว่า "Scolopendrism"
ตะขาบขาเหลืองยักษ์เปรู ตัวเมียจะคอยดูแลและปกป้องรังที่มีไข่ของตนเอง ตัวอ่อนจะมีสีแดงเข้มหรือสีดำ ลำตัวบาง และมีหัวกลมใหญ่สีแดง มีวงจรชีวิตลอกคราบหลายครั้งก่อนที่จะโตเต็มวัย
