ติ่งเนื้อเมือก

ติ่งเนื้อเมือก (อังกฤษ: polyp) เป็นเนื้อเยื่อที่เจริญยื่นออกมาจากเยื่อเมือก (mucous membrane) อย่างผิดปกติ หากติ่งเนื้อนี้มีก้านที่ยึดติดกับพื้นผิวเดิมจะเรียกว่า ติ่งเนื้อเมือกมีก้าน (pedunculated polyp) แต่หากไม่มีก้านจะเรียกว่า ติ่งเนื้อเมือกติดฐาน หรือติ่งเนื้อเมือกไร้ก้าน (sessile polyp)

ติ่งเนื้อเมือกมักพบบ่อยที่ลำไส้ใหญ่ กระเพาะอาหาร จมูก โพรงอากาศข้างจมูก กระเพาะปัสสาวะ และมดลูก และยังอาจพบตามส่วนใดๆ ของร่างกายที่มีเยื่อเมือกเช่นปากมดลูก หรือลำไส้เล็ก
