นกกระสาปากห่าง หรือ นกปากห่าง (อังกฤษ : Openbill stork ) เป็นสกุลของนกลุยน้ำขนาดใหญ่จำพวกหนึ่ง อยู่ในสกุล Anastomus (/อะ-นาส-โต-มัส/) จัดอยู่ในวงศ์นกกระสา (Ciconiidae)
มีลักษณะทั่วไป คือ มีจะงอยปากหนาและแหลมตรง เมื่อจะงอยปากสบกัน ส่วนกลางของปากบนและปากล่างแยกห่างจากกัน เห็นได้ชัดเจน อันเป็นที่มาของชื่อสามัญ ทั้งนี้เพื่อความสะดวกในการคาบเหยื่อ เนื่องจากเป็นนกที่กินสัตว์น้ำ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งหอยเปลือกเดี่ยว หรือหอยโข่งเป็นอาหารหลัก
นกกระสาปากห่างแบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 ชนิด ได้แก่
นกปากห่าง หรือ นกปากห่างเอเชีย (A. oscitans ) พบกระจายพันธุ์ในเขตร้อนของเอเชียใต้ตั้งแต่อินเดีย จนถึงศรีลังกา ตลอดจนเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ในประเทศไทยพบฝูงใหญ่ที่สุดอยู่ที่วัดไผ่ล้อม จังหวัดปทุมธานี
