นิโคตินิล แอลกอฮอล์ (อังกฤษ : Nicotinyl alcohol หรือ pyridylcarbinol ) (ชื่อการค้า: Roniacol) เป็นยาลดไขมันในกระแสเลือดที่เป็นอนุพันนธ์ของไนอะซิน (niacin derivative) นอกจากนี้ยังมีฤทธิ์ขยายหลอดเลือด ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดอาการหน้าแดง (flushing) หรือความดันโลหิตลดลงได้ ในปัจจุบัน ไม่มีการผลิตยานี้เพื่อจำหน่ายในเชิงการค้าแล้ว มีเพียงการใช้ในการศึกษาทดลองเท่านั้น
คุณสมบัติทางเภสัชวิทยา นิโคตินิล แอลกอฮอล์จะออกฤทธิ์ลดระดับคอเลสเตอรอลรวมของร่างกาย (total cholesterol), ไลโปโปรตีนคอเลสเตอรอลชนิดความหนาแน่นต่ำและชนิดความหนาแน่นต่ำมาก (LDL- และ VLDL-cholesterol), และไตรกลีเซอร์ (Triglyceride) ในกระแสเลือด นิโคตินิลแอลกอฮอล์จะถูกเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ตับโดยปฏิกิริยาออกซิเดชั่น (Oxidation) ให้กลายเป็นกรดนิโคทินิค (วิตามินบี 3) ซึ่งร่างกายจะนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป
