ปลาปักเป้าปากแม่น้ำอเมริกาใต้ (อังกฤษ: South American estuarine puffer, Banded puffer, Parrot puffer; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Colomesus psittacus) ปลาน้ำกร่อยชนิดหนึ่ง จำพวกปลาปักเป้า จัดอยู่ในวงศ์ปลาปักเป้าฟันสี่ซี่ (Tetraodontidae)
มีลักษณะคล้ายกับปลาปักเป้าแอมะซอน (C. asellus) ซึ่งอยู่ในสกุลเดียวกัน แต่พบเฉพาะในน้ำจืด แต่ปลาปักเป้าปากแม่น้ำอเมริกาใต้ มีขนาดความยาวเต็มที่ได้ถึง 30 เซนติเมตร และเป็นปลาสองน้ำที่อพยพไปมาระหว่างน้ำจืด-น้ำกร่อย-ทะเล และมีลักษณะร่วมที่เหมือนกัน คือ มีแถบสีดำที่บริเวณหลังและเป็นวงแหวนบริเวณโคนครีบหาง
พบกระจายพันธุ์ในเขตชายฝั่งมหาสมุทรแอตแลนติกฝั่งตะวันตกในทวีปอเมริกาใต้ตั้งแต่อ่าวเปเรียจนถึงปากแม่น้ำแอมะซอนในบราซิล
นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงามเช่นเดียวกับปลาปักเป้าแอมะซอน โดยควรเลี้ยงให้อยู่ตามลำพังเพียงตัวเดียวหรือเป็นกลุ่มเล็ก ๆ กินอาหารจำพวก มอลลัสคาและครัสเตเชียนเหมือนปลาปักเป้าชนิดอื่น หากเลี้ยงในน้ำเค็มและสถานที่กว้างพอจะทำให้มีสุขภาพดีและทำให้มีอายุที่ยาวนาน
