ปลาวัวไททัน หรือ ปลาวัวอำมหิต หรือ ปลาวัวหน้าลาย (อังกฤษ: Titan triggerfish, Giant triggerfish, Bluefin filefish; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Balistoides viridescens) ปลาทะเลชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาวัว (Balistidae)
มีรูปร่างที่บึกบึนกว่าปลาวัวชนิดอื่น ปากมีขนาดใหญ่มีเขี้ยวสั้นคมอยู่ภายใน ครีบหางปลายตัดมน ข้างแก้มมีสีน้ำตาลส้ม มีปื้นสีคล้ำคาดบริเวณหน้า ปากมีคาดสีดำสลับขาว ด้านหลังสีน้ำตาลอ่อน ข้างลำตัวมีสีคล้ำลายสีน้ำตาลเข้ม ครีบสีส้มมีขอบสีคล้ำ ครีบหางสีส้มขอบสีดำ
มีความยาวเต็มที่ประมาณ 40 เซนติเมตร พบยาวที่สุดได้ถึง 75 เซนติเมตร นับเป็นปลาวัวที่มีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดชนิดหนึ่ง และเป็นปลาวัวที่มีอุปนิสัยดุร้ายก้าวร้าวมาก โดยเฉพาะตัวผู้ในฤดูกาลดูแลฟักไข่ จะพุ่งเข้ามาทำร้ายด้วยการกัดสิ่งมีชีวิตที่เคลื่อนไหวเข้ามาใกล้รังหรือถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัย ไม่เว้นแม้แต่สิ่งมีชีวิตที่ใหญ่กว่า คือ มนุษย์ จนเป็นที่เลื่องลือและรู้จักกันดีในหมู่นักประดาน้ำ
เป็นปลาที่พบกระจายพันธุ์ทั่วไปในแนวปะการังในมหาสมุทรเขตร้อนและเขตอบอุ่น ของอินโด-แปซิฟิก ในน่านน้ำไทยเป็นปลาที่พบได้บ่อยและพบได้ทั้ง 2 ฝั่ง คือ ฝั่งอันดามัน และอ่าวไทย กินหอยเม่น และสัตว์น้ำหน้าดินเป็นอาหาร
เป็นปลาที่ใช้บริโภคได้ แต่บางตัวอาจจะมีสารพิษซิวกัวเทรา
