หมึกตะขอหนวดยาว (อังกฤษ : Giant Warty Squid หรือ Longarm Octopus Squid ) หมึกตะขอหนวดยาวเป็นสปีชีส์ใหญ่ของหมึกตะขอ (Hooked squid (Onychoteuthidae) ) ที่เป็นสัตว์ทะเลประเภทที่ไม่มีกระดูกสันหลัง ที่อยู่ในชั้นเซฟาโลพอด ซึ่งเป็นชั้นของสัตว์ที่มีลำตัวอ่อนนิ่ม ลำตัวของหมึกตะขอหนวดยาวมีความยาวอย่างต่ำ 85 เซนติเมตร และบางครั้งอาจจะกว่า 1.15 เมตร ตัวที่ยาวที่สุดที่พบที่ในบริเวณแอนตาร์กติกา ในปี ยาว ค.ศ. 2000 ยาว 2.3 เมตร หมึกตะขอหนวดยาวเป็นอาหารของปลาฉลามหลับ และ ปลาฉลามพอร์บีเกิล ที่บริโภคราว 21% และ 19% ของปริมาณเซฟาโลพอดตามลำดับ
