ปลาอินซีเน็ต หรือ ปลาอินซิกนิส (อังกฤษ : Flagtail characins, Flannel-mouth characins ; โปรตุเกส : Jaraqui ) เป็นปลาน้ำจืดสกุลหนึ่ง จัดอยู่ในสกุล Semaprochilodus (/ซี-มา-โพร-ชิ-โล-ดัส/) ในวงศ์ปลาอินซีเน็ต (Prochilodontidae) ในอันดับปลาคาราซิน (Characiformes)
มีรูปร่างทั่วไปคล้ายปลาในวงศ์ปลาตะเพียน (Cyprinidae) มาก ดวงตากลมโต ริมฝีปากหนาและใหญ่ และปากขยับไปมาตลอดเวลา เกล็ดมีขนาดเล็กมีสีเงินแวววาว เมื่อยังเล็กจะมีลายแถบและจุดสีดำ กระจายอยู่บริเวณลำตัวค่อนไปทางโคนหาง โคนหางคอดเล็ก ครีบหลังมีขนาดใหญ่และตั้งชี้ขึ้น ครีบหางเป็น 2 แฉก
เป็นปลาที่ใช้บริโภคกันในท้องถิ่น และมีความสำคัญต่อมนุษย์ ในแง่ของการเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม โดยจะนิยมเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อทำความสะอาดภายในตู้เลี้ยง เพราะเป็นปลาที่เก็บเศษอาหารกินทำให้ตู้เลี้ยงสะอาดได้เป็นอย่างดี อีกทั้งยังมีความเชื่อ อีกว่า เมื่อเลี้ยงคู่กับปลาอะโรวาน่า หรือปลามังกรด้วยแล้ว จะถือเป็นมงคล เหมือนหงส์ คู่มังกร เพราะปลาสกุลนี้มีชื่อสามัญเรียกในภาษาจีน ว่า "เฟยหง" (จีนตัวเต็ม : 飛鳳) แปลว่า "ปลาหงส์"
