พลาสเตอร์อินโทนาโค (อังกฤษ: Intonaco) “อินโทนาโค” เป็นศัพท์ภาษาอิตาลีที่ใช้เรียกปูนปลาสเตอร์ที่ฉาบชั้นบางชั้นสุดท้ายก่อนที่จะลงมือเขียนจิตรกรรมฝาผนัง การเขียนภาพจะทำขณะที่ปูนยังอมความชื้นอยู่เพื่อที่จะให้สีซึมลงไปในตัวปูน ชั้นที่ฉาบก่อนหน้าเรียกว่า “arriccio” จะหยาบกว่าอินโทนาโคเล็กน้อยเพื่อให้อินโทนาโคเกาะตัวเมื่อฉาบทับ และชั้นนี้จะต้องแห้งก่อนที่จะฉาบอินโทนาโคได้ ซึ่งมักจะใช้เวลาสองสามวันก่อนที่จะฉาบอินโทนาโคทับได้ คำว่าอินโทนาโคนอกจากจะใช้ดังว่าแล้วก็ยังมีความหมายกว้างๆ ถึงปูนฉาบปกติ หรือ การฉาบกำแพงหรือผนังโดยทั่วไปด้วย

ส่วนผสมของอินโทนาโคตามปกติแล้วจะประกอบด้วยทราย (ที่มีความละเอียดของเม็ดทรายน้อยกว่าสองมิลลิเมตร) และสารที่เป็นตัวเชื่อม

- อินโทนาโคซีเมนต์/ปูนขาว คือส่วนผสมที่ตัวเชื่อมเป็นส่วนผสมระหว่าง hydrated lime กับ ซีเมนต์พอร์ตแลนด์ที่ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นซีเมนต์พอร์ตแลนด์
- อินโทนาโคปูนปลาสเตอร์ คือส่วนผสมที่ตัวเชื่อมเป็นปูนปลาสเตอร์เท่านั้น
ทรายที่ใช้ทำอินโทนาโคอาจจะเป็นหินปูน หรือ ซิลิเคทที่มาจากธรรมชาติเช่นจากแม่น้ำหรือจากทรายที่นำมาปั่นให้เม็ดเล็กลง
ประเภทของสารที่ทำให้คงตัว อินโทนาโคทำให้คงตัวได้โดยการใช้:
