มันนีดอนต์แมตเตอร์ทูไนท์ (อังกฤษ: Money Don't Matter 2 Night) เป็นเพลงของพรินซ์ ในปี ค.ศ. 1991 จากอัลบั้ม Diamonds and Pearls ประพันธ์คำร้องร่วมกับ โรซี่ เกนส์ เนื้อเพลงเกี่ยวกับเงิน, ความยากจน, และความโลภ การร้องจะคล้ายกับเพลง "When Doves Cry" แต่ลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้น โดยภาพรวม เพลงนี้เป็นเพลงที่เรียบเรียงกับเสียงร้องเป็นชั้นๆ โดย พรินซ์
