ย่านพาโหม หรือ ตดหมูตดหมา (ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Paederia foetida ) เป็นพืชที่อยู่ในวงศ์ Rubiaceae ก้านมีกลิ่น เป็นไม้เลื้อย เป็นพืชคนละชนิดกับกระพังโหมมีขนตลอดต้น ใบเดี่ยว มีหูใบระหว่างใบ ดอกช่อ ดอกย่อยสมบูรณ์เพศ ผลมีเมล็ดเดียว รูปร่างแบน มีกลิ่นเหม็น ซึ่งเกิดจากกลิ่นของสารประกอบที่มีกำมะถัน เมื่อลำต้นหรือใบเกิดบาดแผล สารเคมีที่พบส่วนใหญ่เป็น ไดเมทิลไดซัลไฟด์
การกระจายพันธุ์
การใช้ประโยชน์ ชาวถิ่นใช้เถาตำรวมกับไพลแก้ปวดท้องในเด็ก ชาวขมุเชื่อว่าถ้านำเถาผูกข้อมือและข้อเท้าสลับข้างกัน ช่วยป้องกันสันนิบาตในเด็กได้ในอินเดียเหนือและตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือใช้เป็นเครื่องเทศ นอกจากนี้แล้วยังใช้ขับลมและเสริมสมรรถภาพทางเพศอีกด้วย
