ไฟทอฟธอรา อินเฟสทันส (อังกฤษ: Phytophthora infestans) คือเชื้อราโอโอไมซีท หรือ ราน้ำที่เป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดโรคร้ายแรงที่สร้างความเสียหายต่อมันฝรั่งที่เรียกว่า "late blight" หรือ "potato blight" โรคมันฝรั่งดังกล่าวเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญที่ก่อให้เกิดวิกฤติการณ์การสูญเสียผลผลิตมันฝรั่งขึ้นในคริสต์ทศวรรษ 1840 ความอดอยากครั้งใหญ่ในไอร์แลนด์ในปี ค.ศ. 1845 และ ความอดอยากมันฝรั่งในสกอตแลนด์ในปี ค.ศ. 1846
