วันรำลึกแรงงานสากล (อังกฤษ: Workers' Memorial Day, International Workers' Memorial Day หรือ International Commemoration Day (ICD) for Dead and Injured หรือ Day of Mourning) จัดขึ้นทั่วโลกในวันที่ 28 เมษายนของทุกปี เป็นวันรำลึกถึงแรงงานทั่วโลกซึ่งถูกฆ่า การถูกเลิกจ้าง การได้รับบาดเจ็บ หรือถูกกระทำในทางที่ไม่ดี
