สตูดิโอถ่ายภาพ (อังกฤษ: photographic studio) คือ สถานที่ทำงานสำหรับถ่าย พัฒนา พิมพ์ หรือทำซ้ำ ภาพถ่าย นอกจากนั้นอาจมีการฝึกฝนการถ่ายภาพและการแสดงภาพถ่ายในสตูดิโอถ่ายภาพด้วย สตูดิโออาจมีห้องมืด ห้องเก็บของ สตูดิโอที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการถ่ายภาพ จัดแสดง หรือพื้นที่สำหรับงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง สตูดิโอถ่ายภาพมักเป็นธุรกิจที่เป็นของช่างภาพเอง เป็นไปได้ว่า อาจจะมีผู้ช่วยหรือนักเรียน สตูดิโออาจมีขายภาพของเจ้าของสตูดิโอหรือช่างภาพอื่น
ในช่วงปีแรก ๆ ของศตวรรษที่ 20 ธุรกิจของสตูดิโอถ่ายภาพมีเพิ่มมากขึ้น จนเรียกว่า เอเจนซีภาพ (photographic agency) จนทำให้คำว่า สตูดิโอถ่ายภาพ ใช้กับความหมาย ว่าเป็นสถานที่ทำงานแทบทั้งนั้น
