สมาคมปืนเล็กยาวแห่งชาติอเมริกา (อังกฤษ: National Rifle Association of America, ชื่อย่อ: NRA) เป็นองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไรของสหรัฐที่สนับสนุนสิทธิปืน ก่อตั้งในปี 1871 และแจ้งความสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับร่างกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาวุธปืนตั้งแต่ปี 1934 และวิ่งเต้นโดยตรงทั้งให้ผ่านและไม่ให้ผ่านกฎหมายตั้งแต่ปี 1975 ถูกเรียกว่าเป็นองค์กรสิทธิพลเมืองเก่าแก่ที่สุดที่ยังดำเนินการอยู่และ "องค์กรวิ่งเต้นใหญ่สุดและมีเงินทุนมากที่สุดในสหรัฐฯ"
